Under this warranty:

Coverage: The lifetime warranty covers any structural damage to the shell of the orthotic insert that occurs during normal use. This includes cracks, breaks, or deformities that occur as a result of everyday wear and tear.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or intentional damage. It also does not cover damage to the top covers of the orthotic inserts.

Refurbishment Option: In the event that your orthotic inserts require refurbishment due to wear and tear on the top covers, we offer a refurbishment service for a fee of $50. This service includes replacing the top covers to restore the appearance and functionality of the inserts.

Claims Process: To make a warranty claim or request refurbishment service, please contact our customer service team. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the damage.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the orthotic inserts for warranty claims or refurbishment services.

MediScan Custom Orthotics reserves the right to determine whether damage is covered under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the orthotic inserts.
